The deadline for submission of entries to the competition is 15th July 2008 . Apart from the Audience Award, all films in competition must have been produced between 2005 and 2007. All films will be judged by an independent international jury.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
Only duly completed and signed applications with the attached requirements will be considered.
There is no charge for submission. Films may be returned on request and if the sender has included a stamped, self-addressed envelope. The festival will keep a copy of the selected submissions. KIFFT will not be responsible for cassettes / DVD lost or damaged in the mail. Selected films will be announced on 30th August 2008 .
