Official opening ceremony: A black tie event at the Kenyatta International Conference Center will bring together filmmakers and film enthusiasts from the region. The opening film is a Kenyan film. The opening ceremony will be officiated by a Senior Government official ( i.e. Prime Minister / Vice President)
